Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use supakidz.in or buy anything from it. The website is run by USA LIFESTYLE INTERNATIONAL, 27A Upper Anand Parbat, New Delhi 110005, India (GSTIN 07AHQPG2625Q3ZR), under the brand SupaKidz ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. What we sell

Digital products: parent guides (PDF e-books), children's comic books (PDF) and sleep stories and songs (MP3 audio). One printed product, the Ramayan Luxury Edition (10 hardcover books), is printed to order and shipped within India. See our Delivery policy.

2. Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST.
• Sale prices are valid only for the period shown on the site. After that, the regular price applies.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• An order is confirmed only after the payment is successful. If a payment fails but money is debited, it is normally reversed by your bank or Razorpay within 5–7 working days.
• We may correct an obvious pricing error. If that happens before delivery, we will refund you in full.

3. Your licence to use the content

When you buy a product you get a personal, non-transferable licence to download, read, listen to and print it for your own family and home use. You may not:

• share, resell, upload or forward the files or download links to anyone outside your household;
• copy, edit or use the characters, artwork, audio or text for any commercial purpose;
• use the content in schools, classes or paid sessions without our written permission (write to us for a group licence).

All content, characters (including Akku, Kannu and the SupaKidz crew), artwork, audio and the SupaKidz name belong to USA LIFESTYLE INTERNATIONAL.

SupaKidz™, Akku™ and Kannu™ are trademarks of USA LIFESTYLE INTERNATIONAL. Copying, reselling, uploading or sharing our files, or using our characters or names on other products, without written permission is not allowed. To report misuse, write to care@supakidz.in.

4. Download links

Download links are personal to you and stay active for 30 days. Please save your files to your device. If a link expires or a file is lost, email care@supakidz.in with your order details and we will send fresh links.

5. Educational content, not professional advice

Our guides share parenting ideas and general information. They are not medical, psychological, nutritional or legal advice. Please speak to a doctor or qualified professional about your child's health, growth or development. Our mythology comics retell traditional stories for children in a simple, age-appropriate way.

6. Refunds

Refunds are covered in our Refund & Cancellation policy.

7. Using the website

• Do not try to break, overload, copy or scrape the site, or access files you have not paid for.
• We may block access or cancel downloads if a licence is misused or links are shared publicly.
• We try to keep the site available and error-free but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim about a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Privacy

How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page on the date of your order applies to that order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
