Delivery (Shipping) Policy

Most products on supakidz.in are digital: PDF e-books, PDF comic books and MP3 audio. They are delivered instantly and nothing is shipped. The only printed product is the Ramayan Luxury Edition (10 hardcover books), shipped free across India (details below).

How you receive your order

• As soon as your payment is successful, your download buttons appear on screen.
• Your purchases are also saved in your library on this device, so you can download them again.
• Download links work for 30 days. Please save the files to your phone or computer.
• Delivery is instant, worldwide. You only need an internet connection.

Pre-orders

Titles marked "Releasing this week" are delivered as soon as they are released. We will email the download link to the email address on your order. If a pre-order is delayed by more than 14 days, you can ask for a full refund.

Didn't get your files?

Check your spam folder first. Then email care@supakidz.in with your payment ID and we will send your links, usually within 24 hours.

Printed books (Ramayan Luxury Edition (10 hardcover books))

• Each copy is printed to order. We dispatch within 7–10 working days of payment.
• Delivery usually takes 10–14 days from payment, depending on your PIN code. We deliver across India only.
• Delivery is free. We share the courier tracking link on WhatsApp or email once the books are dispatched.
• The 10 digital PDFs included with the Luxury Edition are unlocked instantly after payment.
• Please give a complete address and a reachable mobile number. If a parcel comes back because of a wrong address, re-shipping may be charged.
