Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every parent to be happy with what they buy. This policy applies to all purchases on supakidz.in, sold by USA LIFESTYLE INTERNATIONAL.

7-day happiness guarantee (digital products)

• If you are not happy with a digital product, email care@supakidz.in within 7 days of purchase.
• Share the email address used for the order and the order or payment ID (from your receipt). A one-line reason helps us improve, but it is optional.
• We will refund the full amount. No questions asked.

How and when you get the money

• Refunds are approved within 2 working days of your request.
• The money goes back to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking or wallet) through Razorpay.
• It usually reaches your account within 5–7 working days after approval, depending on your bank.
• Once a refund is made, the download links for that order are switched off.

Bundles and collections

Bundles (for example the Ramayan Adventures Complete Collection) are refunded as a whole within the same 7 days. We do not refund single parts from a bundle.

When we can't refund

• Requests made more than 7 days after purchase.
• Orders where the files or links have been shared, resold or posted publicly.
• Repeat refund requests on the same products, where we see misuse.

Cancellations

Digital products are delivered instantly, so an order cannot be cancelled once payment is complete. You can still use the 7-day guarantee above. For pre-orders (titles marked "Releasing this week" or "coming soon"), you can cancel at any time before delivery for a full refund.

Problems with a file or payment

• If a file does not open or a link does not work, email us. We will fix it or send fresh links, usually within 24 hours.
• If money was debited but you did not receive your files, write to us with the payment ID. We will either deliver the order or refund it in full.
• If you were charged twice, the extra payment is refunded in full.

Printed books (Luxury Edition)

• The books are printed to order for you. You can cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of payment, before printing starts.
• If a book arrives damaged, misprinted or with missing pages, WhatsApp or email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will send a free replacement, or a full refund if a replacement is not possible.
• Because each copy is made to order, we cannot take back undamaged books for a change of mind.
• Refunds go to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
