Privacy Policy

supakidz.in is run by USA LIFESTYLE INTERNATIONAL, 27A Upper Anand Parbat, New Delhi 110005, India (brand: SupaKidz). We are a parent-run company and we collect as little data as we can. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

What we collect

• Email address (and phone number, if you choose to give it) when you buy, so we can deliver your files and send receipts and download links.
• Order details: what you bought, amount, date, and the payment and order IDs from Razorpay.
• Messages you send us by email.
• Email for newsletters or free printables, only if you sign up.
• Basic usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location (city level) and which buttons were tapped, to understand what parents find useful.

What we do not collect

• We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN, CVV or bank login. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
• We do not ask for, or knowingly collect, personal data from children. Our products are bought by parents and guardians.
• We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

Why we use your data

• To process payments, deliver downloads and provide refunds and support.
• To meet tax and accounting laws (GST invoices and records).
• To prevent fraud and misuse of download links.
• To send product news and offers, only if you agreed. Every such email has an unsubscribe link.
• To improve the website and our books.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run the shop, and only what they need:

• Razorpay: payment processing.
• Cloudflare: website hosting, security and file delivery.
• Email service provider: sending receipts and download links.
• Analytics and advertising tools (such as Google Analytics or Meta), using cookies, to measure visits and ads.
• Government or law-enforcement authorities, when the law requires it.

Some of these providers may store data on servers outside India, with appropriate safeguards.

Cookies and device storage

We store a small record of your purchases in your browser so your library appears on this device. Analytics and advertising tools may set cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings; the shop will still work, but your on-device library will be cleared.

How long we keep it

• Order and invoice records: 8 years, as required by Indian tax law.
• Marketing email list: until you unsubscribe.
• Support emails: up to 3 years.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you;
• correct or update it;
• delete it (except records we must keep by law);
• withdraw consent for marketing at any time;
• nominate another person to exercise these rights for you.

Security

The site runs only over HTTPS. Paid files are kept in private storage and are released only through signed, time-limited download links. No system is 100% secure; if we ever learn of a data breach that affects you, we will inform you and the authorities as the law requires.
